  • As a design facilitator, I build and lead teams in creating human-centred solutions that align services and products with real user needs, helping organisations thrive. My work blends design thinking, strategic insight, and empathy-driven research to generate impactful product and service designs. I design a tailored process for the team and facilitate collaborative workshops to foster strategic alignment across diverse teams and deeply immerse myself in each project, examining the full user and operational experience. Through prototyping and testing, I ensure that solutions are innovative, sustainable, and ready for real-world application.
  • I also support clients by building their internal design capabilities, empowering teams to innovate independently and create enduring change aligned with their mission. In addition to design, facilitation, and coaching, I collaborate with academia on design anthropology, researching cognitive theories related to spatial setups for effective collaboration.
